Vintage chrome broiler top or grill rack

    Dimensions are about 14 7/8" x 12 3/4" x 1"
    Is this a chromed with surface rust broiler top
    or a grill rack or something that you put meat
    on that goes in the bottom of a roaster pan?
    Is this chrome or stainless steel? Thank you
    assistance.

    This is the top piece if a broiler pan, the piece on which the meat sits. There should be another part on which this sits to catch the drippings.
