What would you call this size/shape drinking glass? (Cordial?) rein1b.jpg They measure 4 1/2 inches high. Thanks!

It's a cordial. Most likely Libbey Glass.

Really, really like these glasses. I would call them Aperitif Glasses. To me a cordial is a 1 ounce tiny goblet, but these can be whatever you want them to be. Can you guesstimate how much they hold? Looks like about 4 ounces??

These are tiny--only 4 and 1/2" tall. Mine that size only hold about 1 ounce of liquid.

Thanks for all of the responses. What a great idea to measure the ounces --I definitely don't want anyone thinking these hold more liquid than they do and photos can be misleading! Last thing I want is a return on an Ebay item, so I'm glad this came up.

Just measured, if full to the very brim (which is probably not what you would normally do) they hold 2 ounces. So probably 1 3/4 ounces up to that top gold line.

    Will check the Libbey link.

    Thanks to everyone who posted!

    Hi Cluttered,

The first question I asked myself was whether these might be new, the condition is just astounding. They look unused. Also the pattern was almost too good to be true, wondered if it could be a modern take on MCM. That flourish on the antlers, etc. So asked myself the same question.

I found those Etsy links, too. So far I've only found shot glasses in this pattern, not a single cordial. I think they must be vintage -- although you can find 21st century cocktail glasses in a new/retro design even at Target, I've never seen a modern-retro design on something like a cordial. So concluded they are probably vintage.

I'm hoping to list soon because folks, I think CHRISTMAS is already selling well on Ebay.

    Vintage what?
    I don't think MCM
    Maybe 1990 or later.

    They're cute so should sell.

I'm surprised they're not signed: Fred Press, Georges Briard... like that.
