Vintage Ceiling Fan

Have a fan i need to get rid of. I placed it on FB for 20 but no bites. Not sure if i should pitch it or try Ebay.

Not sure it's from a desirable period. Looks 1970s-ish. I'd think dates to when kitchen last updated. When was that? Would/could you post a close-up photograph of the ceramic pulls?

Ditto-The really collectible fans date from the earliest days of electrical inventions -1890's,The Westinghouse,Edison 'Patent Wars'. Early 1900-20's saloon/commercial ceiling fans are also great,followed by late 20's-40's Deco fans.

I vote that it's a nice fam in what looks like good condition, and that someone will eventually want it.......
new these go for hundreds...no?

 

Or hundred anyway. Those from the 70s/80s can be donated if you don't want it. They don't sell for much if they sell at all.
