anyone have an idea where and when any of these may have come from

they all seem in a similar vein

think i like the round one best even though it has significant enamel loss

nothing precious, but i liked the look of them

    any thought appreciated

just noticed, think the round one says part of Czechoslovakia

think these ones might be broke in part

Totally agree. In fact so not precious that you shouldn’t waste hoarding space and should send them straight to me;)

Those are very nice, and a great buy. The round cold-painted is marked as Czech, and the horseshoe motif would also be Czech, both 1920s-'30s - the other round is a cloak/coat clasp, similar dating, but personally would guess perhaps French. Are the rings/hoops stone? Glass? Regardless, it's especially nice...

Great info thanks Cheryl, was wondering why that one was different on the back

Pretty sure the rings on it are glass by the feel of them

I have some similar ones - they were my Great Grands' circa 1880's - 1900

Was poking around researching my French silver brooch set with glass and ran across this piece, not the first I've seen with similar design - it sort of reminded me of your clasp:

Just as a note - use of the stamped 'Czechoslovakia' would not pre-date 1918...

Thanks Cheryl, you've been a brilliant help

I was gonna put them all in one lot, but they might do better separately

I think a couple may be Neiger.
