    Hi,
My heart skipped a beat. Is that swirled vaseline glass? Does it glow with a black light?

@SPERLS is this all one colour? In the photo the edges look clear so I'm not sure.
Sure looks like it would glow.

I get an 80s vibe.I thought Italians always polished the bottoms ? Its absolutely gorgeous.

Very nice - and its bottom looks polished to me. It might be one of the good Eastern European makers. The colours aren't typical of Italian glass.

    Hi SPERLS,
If you do not have a black light take it out in the really bright sunlight it should slightly glow.

The colors are yellow to green to blue & the edge is clear.

I believe it could be 80`s & the bottom was polished...It has scratches from wear, over the years.

I will try to bring it into sunlight & see if it glows....No sun today:(

I would almost lean towards Scandinavian for this piece.

Personally, looks to me like Murano and 1960s wouldn't surprise me. First thought was Cenedese, a lot of their production was simple and bold, they did quite a bit of sommerso, and uranium-green, often with blue. was also common. A quick search for "Cenedese" didn't find one like yours, so perhaps another maker - might be worth asking a Murano/Venetian glass expert...

Here's a Cenedese bowl in similar colors:

A common Murano shape, but here's one similar, though deeper, by Cenedese:

Sommerso vase designed by Cenedese art director Antonio da Ros with a patch of opaque glass:

I think it looks Italian too. Maybe trying posting on the Glass Message Board and see what they say.
