Have another ebay score I'm in love with! Could use help deciphering their dates and doodads.

Unmarked, but well-worn/scratched with no discoloration in the gold color. (I'm a little obsessed with trying to find unmarked gold .) Black enamel/taille d'épargne and filigree border. The seed pearls look real---they're slightly different colors, sizes and shapes, but they seem a little strangely lustrous to my amature eye? The earrings are lightweight and likely hollow---the backs appear to be soldered on rather than a solid piece. The screw backs I'm assuming are replacements for the original findings. The back of one ball on the finding says "PAT PEND" (hard to photograph but I tried) but I haven't found a patent that matches this exact style. In any case, the color is slightly different and the jump rings are not soldered which seems to not fit the craftsmanship of the rest of the piece.

All that said, I'm like 95% sure these are Victorian era with updated findings, but interested in hearing your takes!

Agree with your comments, these look right to me. Nice to find them not battered as well, they are getting much harder to find in decent condition.

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

    Beautiful design -- good find!

Those look good. They’d have had wires.

The screwback part was added later, for sure. I'd cheerfully wear them.
