Victor Drill Pieces?

Hi,
These are all marked Victor, different numbers and letters on each one. I've tried looking up by numbers/letters and not finding them - are they drill bits? What would they be used for?

Pix aren’t that bad but when photographing a very dark object, the white background prevents the camera from seeing detail in the dark areas. For example the shape inside those things might be a clue but I can’t see that well enough.

They look like for screwing on nuts. like a speed wrench.

I lightened the pic and it shows that the tips of those have tungsten carbide cutting blades brazed on, so they are cutters for a machine tool, maybe some kinda engine lathe, maybe for wood turning. Each has two cutters at different angles so these aren’t for ordinary wood-turning, but maybe for making dowels or something.

Tx, yes, 1000% better, now you can see the carbide cutters due to their distinct color.
