Vicenza Italian silver mark 1325 or 1326. Help IS’ing please

    Hi,
    I think this is an Italian mark. I believe it reads * but not positive on the star and then 1325 or 1326 VI I cannot get it focused enough to picture any of it.
    I think I remember someone saying the initials are the where it was made? Vicenza? Anyone recognize it?

    Yes, VI is Vicenza. Vicenza is one of the main silver and gold manufacturing centres of Italy.
    There are thousands of jewellery makers in the Vicenza region. This is a link to 22 pages with names of Vicenza makers (not all!):

    1325 and 1326 are two different makers. Is there any chance of a better picture of the mark? Maybe clean the mark and photograph it through a loupe?

    I tried to capture the pic a few times. I’ll clean it and try again. It’s in an odd spot ty!!
