Featured Veranderlich German Weather station barometer age?

    Hi all,
    Was looking at some of these online and finding a range of ages form Mid Century to antique. I was thinking this looks more maybe 1940's?
    I think I am going to keep it. the glass has a couple chips in it but it is beautiful.

    Nice.

    "Veränderlich" here means "changeable", so Regen - veränderlich - schön corresponds to rainy through changeable to fair.

    I can't see the "L" logo on the face very well -- it's very small in two pictures and in shadow on the third.

    Can you see any other markings apart from 711 on the back? Underneath, perhaps, or behind the backplate?

    Always like that style. Looks around 1950s-1960 to me.

    Yes There is a logo under the dial. Litti?
    I haven't removed the back.
