Featured Vase with bubbles

    I got this vase at an estate sale yesterday for $1. It was in a shed out back; seems to be a couple of chips on the base. I love how the bubbles swirl around, reminds me of being under the sea. I am a big know-nothing when it comes to glassware. Please tell me what you think it is. Thank you.

    Honey, can you enlarge that base photo? And does it show much wear?

    Okay, Bear, will do tomorrow, dark now, thanks. I just see two chips, and some wear around the base, will try to get closeups.

    Bear, I think there is some mark on it, noticed it when editing pics.

    Not a mark, I think it’s just where the pontil has been snapped and not totally polished out. I do think it’s got age, too.
