Van Briggle Help Please

Hi all,
I'm trying to figure out the age of the mini piece, only 2 1/4"H x 4" handle to handle.
I've been looking at the Clem Hull page to try and figure out the marks on the bottom,
I think the glazer marks are the #3 mark, lll, used 1940s through the 1960s and is unknown. The mark to the left of the 'A' Mark I think is the numeric mark, they were used during the same time period - I think it is a sloppy 4 & 6.
So my piece is from the 1940s-1960s or am I reading the marks wrong?

Very Cute little Ming Blue Hexagon Sugar Bowl. Mid-Century-ish? The above references may help you narrow down the date. Worth maybe $30 in perfect shape. Van Briggle prices go up for 1920's pieces (much more for before 1920) and for the larger pieces.
