Value of Brass pieces

Are those just badly tarnished. They look like napkin rings. Not sure they are brass. This site does not do valuations. What they can do is give you ideas on how and where you can get values on your own. Many of us use ebay to search values (be sure to check the box sold items when you search. Lots of people list things at high prices. The other thing you can do is use google lens to find items similar. Napkin rings are not in high demand so I doubt they will be worth much.

Assuming rather small, they do look like napkin rings and, if indeed brass, they are badly tarnished... though personally I've never seen brass tarnish that darkly.
I've got to say that they'd end up in my donation box if I had them.
