UNUSUAL VASE

    This 3 handled vase is 12 inch High
    It appears to be hand painted but No signature
    There is a Maker's mark on the bottom but I cannot make it out. The photos that are difficult to see are of the maker's mark on the bottom of the vase.
    Any info on it would be greatly appreciated
