Unusual mcm lamp

    17D68B9D-8421-4DE4-87E8-97D32FAFDB54.jpeg 81C182B4-5540-43DF-8C4B-26A111C7FDAC.jpeg Any thoughts on this lamp. I have searched, but can’t find anything like it. It is steel I think. A magnet sticks to it and the brass looks painted. It’s a bit rusted and is going to be another project of mine. I don’t know if the marks on the bottom help identify it or not. It looks like a t and maybe 4 1/2. There may be a very faint A in front of the T. Thanks again!
