Featured unusual large seascape watercolour

Hi folks

found this nice watercolour yesterday in a charity shop for £9.
nicely famed in a double mat and gilt frame
liked it straight away
was sure id find the artist as looks quite well done, but no luck
guessing french by the surname
any thoughts or possible info appreciated

 

I love it.
Reminds me a bit of some works by Turner.

Found a Vinicio Parente, but sadly, the styles and sigs are not a match:

I wouldn't rule it out though. Styles evolve, and sigs can change. I can see some similarity in the siggies, and the technique is related.

 

The V. Parente above seems to have only produced Italian souvenir watercolors.
