I saw this in a shop today and flew over to it thinking 'Crown Derby'. Sadly it's not. Seems to have some kind of Asian writing on the base. Possibly Persian. Haven't a clue where it's from and nor does google.

Definitely some type of Middle Eastern dialect but I can't help any further.

You may want to add that to your title so maybe someone can help you further.

It's an Arabic script, just don't ask me whose. Persian maybe?

I think that’s actually English porcelain, but made for export. That pattern number is one clue, and it’s a design I think I’ve seen.
