Unsigned but painting looks like artist who paints hands & feet larger than body?

    I found this yesterday along with a Britto piece (both donated from same home) at a friend's thrift store.
    I know the artist I think did this but can not remember his name & when I did a google image search it brought up Karyn Bonti's Resurfaced - not who I was thinking of!
    The artist I am thinking of is known for the people in his paintings having much larger hands & feet compared to the body,
    And he has a difficult name to say/write from memory (I think it starts with a B?)!
    Can anyone tell me who the artist is whose works look like this painting?
