I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction as to when this teapot was made? I recently acquired it and I absolutely love it, but I cannot find the Copeland mark that is on the bottom anywhere, and I cannot find the pattern either. If anyone has any knowledge that could help me out, I would appreciate it!

I was hoping by now someone would have help for you on this Copeland mark. At the moment all I can say is that it dates after 1891 and probaby into the early 20th century because of the word "England." After 1890 Spode Copeland backstamps had "England" or "Made in England." Here's the closest to the backstamp I could find.
    2nd up from the bottom:

That is one beautiful teapot! Sometimes there were no names for patterns, just numbers were used. I had a look but couldn't find any the same - you might try sending a photo to replacements.com, they might have some information that could help:)

I was just searching for a Copeland mark myself. One of the sources I found said there were over 100 of them. It also said some of the marks were sloppy which further confuses the issue. It's possible there was a Spode above your mark that didn't make it onto the teapot.

Thank you, Susan! I was thinking the same thing, but the missing "Spode" on the stamp threw me off. It is a beautiful pattern, I'd love to hunt down some other pieces or even just see what the rest of the set looks like, I bet the cups are gorgeous!

    Thanks again for the help!

Thanks, that's a great idea. I didn't know you could send pictures to them, so I will try that out. :)

Thank you, Don. I was just thinking the same thing after seeing the mark Susan showed me above. You may be right. I am going to try to do a little more digging to see if I can't find the pattern number or some other pieces to help in my quest. Thanks for the help! :)

Ok, so I did some digging, and found these plates for sale on ebay that look like they match the pattern of the teapot, and have the same mark as the teapot only they also have "T.GOODE &Co." above the "COPELANDS CHINA ENGLAND" stamp. This may be the portion that is missing? Or I may be going down a rabbit hole on the wrong pattern all together, who knows! Being a newbie at all of this, the pattern number on the back of the plates doesn't give me any info from what I have found. Again, it may not even be the right pattern, but it at least gave me some ideas as to why the stamp was "incomplete" and what could have been above it. Anyone have any suggestions? I've made it a mission to find out about this piece if you haven't noticed... haha!

yes, lots of rabbit holes when searching for stuff:)
Not sure if you saw this page, talks about the connection with T. Goode and Co which was a retailer.
Also mentions the Spode Museum - here is the link for them, maybe ask them about your teapot
