Did find this the same. But doesn’t say by who. Not sure what is meant by 18th..

 

The coloring on that is beautiful! I am not sure what they mean by that either.

 

Napoli is, of course, Naples, Italy.

I see open edition prints like this in the Old Port Montreal tourist areas....
the artist hand colors them with different hues....one at a time.

The 18th may mean , an 18th Century image of Naples.
but the print is not that old..

 

Likely vintage but not antique. And next time, would you be kind enough to include the entire frame in a photograph of the work from both front and back? Photographs are helpful for dating. Speaking of the back, I assume there's no stickers, labels or handwritten notations to be found there. Am I correct?
