Unknown silvered brass little vase or bottle

Looks old and feels old but is it old en where made and when ? Weight 600grams so heavy and height 14.5 cm . So help needed . Thanks

This piece is obviously a dual purpose instument. By day, it can be a charming vase. And, as such, can be carried thru the dark streets at night by Milady. Should she be accosted by a ne'er-do-well with evil intent, she can upend the vase and deliver a fearful BIP!

 

Thank you my dear Sherlock but any ideas about the origins and age off the vase ?

 

A copy of something.... it is cast but shows a dovetail joint seam and the two don't go on the same vessel. Someone had the original fabricated piece made a mold and cast the op's piece with a misaligned mold.

 

Still not to sure about it and made some pictures with my little spy camera There is a joint visible on the inside
