Unknown EPNS mark

    I am struggling to find this makers mark anywhere. Maybe someone can help me? It is what appears to be a Fleur de list, the letters EPNS followed by a star/sun in a square with 6 dots next to it..any ideas please?

    Thanks. Yeah I got the EPNS bit. Looks like they've been waiting for their answer for 16 years. :arghh:
