Hello :) First Post! I have an interesting question!

I bought a neat Univex Projector (1940s) with case at an estate sale and plugged into the pilot light AC port on the projector. I didn't know this was included with it until I got it home. I was wondering if someone could ID this? It seems to be bakelite and it has an art deco styling to it.

    Thanks a lot!!

Sure looks like a night light. I guess it was with the projector so that whoever was operating it could read an accompanying text.

Yep, I was wondering if someone might be able to track down the year or make of this? It has a neat design to it!

All I know is that we had these when I was a kid in the 1950s, but they may well have been around longer.

I recognize them from the 50's as well.

Have you done any of the tests to identify bakelite?
