I found this lamp today in a thrift shop and had to have it because it looked so unique. I was wondering if anyone has seen this style before and what it's called. It's about 4 ft tall with a heavy marble base The glass is hand painted. Any info would be great or maybe even what you think it's worth.
    Thank so much,
    Allie

60s-70s is about right. A look at the plug might help to pin it down further. As for style, the so-called Hollywood Regency would fit. Would suspect American from imported parts. Parts likely from Italy. I would not be able to give this away here in my semi-rural Midwest location. In CA or a big city location, you would have people fighting over this.

Ha, ha, Brad! As soon as I saw it, I was thinking Hollywood Regency.
