Was wondering if anyone can provide me some info regarding my "Angel Lamp" that I purchased at a sale in Virginia a couple years ago. The lamp is 32 inches tall and 8 inches wide. The base appears to be marble while the leaves and lamp body appear to be brass with glass crystals. The main feature is a 7-inch-tall porcelain(?) cherub in the center of the body and which has been repaired a few times. There are no marks of any kind on the bottom...I am guessing by the ornate nature and excessive artistic features that it is might be Victorian, but again I would like to hear what you smart folks think. Thanks in Advance!

I would guess Italian, and fits the "Hollywood Regency" idea.

In Victorian times (1837-1901), electric lighting was still in its infancy. I agree with @moreotherstuff that it's more likely of the Hollywood Regency style/time frame (1920s-50s).

I'd think 1960s. Hollywood Regency a catch-all term and as good as any. That marble and tole typically Italian. Damage would greatly impact resale value.
