Unique artist signature. Asking for assistance

Hello,

I need assistance identifying this artist. It seem it can be Spanish, middle eastern, Spanish or even European.

 

Suspect it's meant to be one of the Spanish colonies, like Peru. Does appear to be a souvenir painting. Would/could you post a photograph of the entire work including frame from both the front and back?

Yes, Peru. Looks like most women are wearing the 'tapada limeña', so Lima in the olden days.
