Unidentified, French Porcelain Frog-lid Vase

    Hey all, I'm new here. I just wanted some advice on a few pieces that I picked up at an estate sale recently. This is a blue, porcelain vase with a removable lid with holes (I think it's a frog? like for flowers). There's a slight number marking on the bottom but otherwise no distinct identification marks. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
