Unidentified carafe and storage metalware

    Hello there, does anyone have any idea what is the origin (and maybe the price) of these two items? The carafe has a 0.75 liters, with redish glass and what I think is silver plated metal. (could be silver though).
    About the other item I don't know anything, just that it may be hand painted. oala1.png carafa.png oala2.png

    I think the covered bowl MAY be a fairly recent Chinese production made for the decorator trade...the claret jug I'm not entirely sure of, but have suspicions it may not be very old either ..can we see a picture of the undersides of both pieces please?

    it's like both are over the top....but the quality isn't there......imo..

    need closer pics of the paint and the metal...
