    @SoKiku did provide some info in the gallery section: The picture must be rotate to the right side, it is inscribe 99.1.3 day, middle stamp is 舋, is a vintage black ceramics glaze on both side from the january 3rd 1999.

    So... made in 1999 with a traditional black glaze. (A guess at what's meant by "vintage" in this case. Online translations, another guess, can yield strange results.)

    I have a vase - different clay, but with a similar black glaze that hangs just above the foot. I like that effect and think it may be what SoKiku is referring to.
