UK sterling mark London, 1965? whose?

    Just curious here... The marks on this little brush seem awfully worn for a 1965 item, but that's what it looks like to me...

    Does anyone know the maker?

    p.s. My favorite thing about this brush is the 4 little screws (tiny, tiny, TINY!) that hold on the back piece:
