U.S Frigate Constitution Artwork [print?] on Masonite

    Another head scratcher. Can't seem to find on internet.
    It's a chalky type paint on a thick masonite board 24" x 9.5". In the lower right hand corner it reads "U.S. Frigate Constitution 1815 [copyright symbol] 3P Industry" [3P Industry is faded a bit] but the faded 'look' appears intentional. The colors are vibrant.
    It was found wrapped in heavy brown paper that was pretty rough.

    By the way, the USS Constitution is back in the water after being in dry dock for a couple of years for maintenance.
