These two (heavy) bowls were in a mixed lot I purchased at auction today.

I’m no glass expert (I bought the lot for some porcelain cups) but could the small knobbly red bowl be Whitefriars (about 5” diameter)?

Could the beautiful large pink bowl (about 13” diameter ) be Murano?

    All help gratefully received.

    John

No I didn't see that one but it does have similarities.

Red one is indeed Whitefriars and a knobbly, properly called ruby. The other is Hospodka for Chribska.

Most welcome. Don't ask me the pattern number, I can never remember!
