Two chairs: ID help

    Hello all!
    I recently acquired a lovely chair from a salvage that I was hoping I could get some dates for.
    The second chair I’m posting is one I’ve had for years, but have no information on other than a re-upholstering somewhere in the early-mid 60s.
    If anyone is able to help, it would be very much appreciated!

    First is empire revival circa 1910. Second is probably 40s.
