Tubelined TULIPS plate. Decipherment?

    Just on the off chance. Anyone recognise either the impressed mark or can read the faint siggy, pretty please?

    House might be the 1st word? Very pretty plate.

    It's a pretty plate. The symbol looks like "IH" to me.

    I'm thinking maybe the signature is upside down, which would work as well for the symbol.

    If so, the last three letters look like "moy" or "noy." I can't make out the other letters.
