Size? There's nothing in the photos to give a sense of scale. I can't tell is it's the size of a coin or a dinner plate.
Given the photos provided, and not knowing the size, it looks like a recent decor item.

That does look like a recent decor item. Yes, here is one similar of lesser quality in another colorway on eBay. Seller describes it as "contemporary."

Very recent from the colors of the rhinestones alone. Pretty though.

Here's a pic with an index card to give an idea of the size 20240507_021954.jpg

Another vote for modern/Chinese. See this enameled metal on a lot of recent items.

    That helps.
From your original photos, I couldn't tell if it was a brooch or a wall mirror!
I, too, still think it's recent tat, though pretty.

"Tat?" Could be considered a bit harsh, LOL. I like to say "decorative value" or "cheap and cheerful.":D

It doesn't pretend to be anything other than what it is, a pretty little photo frame.

My apologies, I've never considered "tat" as a particularly harsh word but, in looking it up, I see a British informal definition is "tasteless or shoddy". This American certainly didn't mean to be rude! I definitely meant "cheap and cheerful", LOL.

No worries, connotations of certain words differ from country to country as well as using different words for things (boot = trunk, elevator = lift, etc.).

FWIW I think it is pretty. Beyond that I agree with the others.
