This has no markings, a wire wrapped grip, and entirely made of some sort of metal. This is in a collection of 1907 bayonet, Vietnam war bayonet, and a 1930s knights of columbus sword. My wife cannot recall any info that her late grandfather might have had on this one. It is 29.5 inches long. 1495934810520403154403.jpg 1495934869308415360381.jpg

Thank you komo. I noticed that it was very scratched up. That might be why i was hitting a brick wall. Gonna clean and smooth out the damage and do just that...hang it.

I might not mess with the 1907 though. At least not until i get a better idea of its value. Unfortunately, there arent any scabbards with any of them. Thanks again komo.

lol..love your humour..I have a few..1816 French Cuirassier cavalry (just missed Napoleon but? 1 year) Some swiss Artillary brasss handle saw blade. The one that I have never been able to figure out..the hilt is like the English 1796 with curved blade in a brass scabbard..sharkskin grip. The blade is not widened towards the end and is actually quite thin. I thought perhaps naval but have been unable to find.
I am actually away from home so unable to do a picture today..any thoughts appreciated..thanks

could the grip difference be manufacture related?
    as a different company....or factory ...
