Trying to figure out a little about Asian items help

    Giokusei Seto Nagoya Imari Satsuma?
    Is that all wrong? it is the closest mark I could find on goth
    Guessing 20th c
    The mark is barely visible best shot I could get

    Sharona, I think JAL is Japan Air Lines and the logo is similar to the swans on your pretty bowls. Claudia

    I think you are thinking of cranes instead of swans. i agree I love your bowls.

    Sharona, my guess would be 19th/early-20th C. Arita Imari. They are in fact cranes as Greg suggest and I have no idea what the mark reads....sorry! Very nice pieces.

    It's not a joke.
    You're items are lovely, and the crane design is very popular , enough so that The Japanese Air Line uses it as their logo.

    I apologize if you thought I was in any way making fun of you !!

    Your plates just reminded me of their logo.
