Trying to determine the Era and Origin of this plate.

    Hi- we found this plate in my Grandfather’s house. The only makings are the red numbers on the back. I searched and searched the internet and can’t find anything like the pattern or markings. Does anyone have any ideas?

    Clicking on the images takes you to another site which I couldn't get out of fast enough. People here won't look at these photos unless you upload them directly. Around here somewhere are instructions on how to do that. If the photos reside on your computer it's rather easy. Oh, and Hello to you and welcome to the forum.
