Trying to find the origin of this hallmark stamp, it’s over 100 years old

I don't think that it is as old as 100 years. We have to get a better picture.

The one of the makers mark is the closest one I can do with my camera, here is the piece itself, and thanks for the replies

It’s been in my family since the late 1800’s

Seems to be a quite small pendant and the loop could have been fitted later as it looks modern. Maybe the mark came with the loop.

It’s original, I’ve just come into possession of a second one that I got in Florida

It’s difficult to tell from the photo, but is this a 3D object? How many sides? Maybe some more photos will help.

    Hi Rob - welcome.

There is no way to identify your mark from the image you've posted, appears to be a lozenge shape, could be a French maker's mark, or could be a maker in another country. Why don't you tell us what the object is, along with its size, and show more views of it? Is it a seal that might have been on a watch fob? What is the history as you know it?

Folks here always try to help, but we're not clairvoyant, you have to give us something useful to go on...

Since you haven't provided a photo, etc. of what's in the diamond shape you can try searching the trademarks office. Lot's of luck to you, the last diamond shape with A+A in it posted here remains unknown.

It’s a watch fob that belonged to my great grandfather in the late 1800’s, it’s been passed down over the generations, the symbol inside is an eye within a lozenge or a rhombus, the symbols surround it have puzzled me for years, I would like to find out who the creator is, I recently came across another one on eBay with the exact markings

Again - why don't you post full information on your item with clear images? Not really reasonable to ask for assistance without doing your part...

Best pictures I have, if you don’t know the answer that’s fine but don’t be rude about it

Hope this helps, the symbol inside the bale is to hard to get a clearer picture with an iPhone
