Totally Incongruous: MOD RS Germany

    Wife says “Get rid of some stuff!” Has anyone seen something like this before? 12” x 5 1/2” RS Germany two handled tray. While I assume this an amateur project it is well presented and seems to be baked on. Before I put this on the $1 table I want to make sure I’m not missing something here. Any thoughts?
