To Wedgewood or Not To Wedgewood...that is the question!

    Hi All,
Just learned about Stick & Spatterware from you wonderful folks, and now have what I think may be another item that could be Wedgewood Spatterware. What's so odd is, I can clearly see the "Made in England" impression but not able to see the maker. However, when I rotate the photo, the maker looks to be Wedgewood.

Well, I was completely wrong on my last post, I can't wait to see how far off I am this time! :joyful::shy:;)

    1. Is this Spatterware?
    2. Can you see the maker?

    Thank you Everyone!

Just popping in to say it's WEDGWOOD, not WEDGEWOOD... there's no E.
I don't know if your particular item is WEDGWOOD, however... the word doesn't quite look like it to my old eyes. :)

EDIT: changed my mind! The impressed word does look like WEDGWOOD, I didn't realize that it's just upside down in relation to Made in England.

Yup. The impressed/molded Wedgwood is upside-down, or the other mark is.

Debora, You are GOOD! Clearly when I do a Google search, it's not correct. I was searching for days on this and never got a 1st Dibs hit. Thank you again!!

Thank you M.O.S for trying. Another user helped me to identify the is a Wedgwood plate. I've just never seen their products with this type of mark before.
