To the fire? Help identifying

The first is with the yellow upholstery is from michigan chair company. I'm wondering about age approximate. The second one has a label but is unreadable. Wondering about style/ pattern and age.     The label is the Michigan Chair Co. If on the yellow seat chair, circa 1920. A seat would be easy to replace but not a lot of value. The ladderback is more like 40s-50s. Not worth messing with in this condition.
