Went to a GLORIOUS auction last week (ANY auction is considered glorious when I get loot super cheap!)

Anyway, got this lovely "Sevres" style covered pot for the paltry sum of $5.00 American dollars.

Whatcha all think? Real Sevres or something pretending to be such?

It's got quality. If not Sevres, maybe Samson?

    Very attractive.

I don't think that's a Sevres mark. The dark patch may be covering a manufacturer's logo. Hold it up to a strong light and you might see something. The other mark is probably from a decorator.
