What a cute little machine. Thought it was a Salesman's sample at first glance but appears it was really intended for usage. Great for downsizers and Tiny Home folks :)

Looks like you use two hands to feed in your fabric and your other hand to turn the crank...

Here's link in case anyone is interesting in looking at further or bidding: https://www.invaluable.com/auction-...illiams-midget-sewing-machine-33-c-fe1401fbff

Wow, that is really something. I opened the link, comes with original instructions, and it fits into that original mailing crate. I would think a fairly rare item.

    That is so sweet.:)

I still have the child's sewing machine my grandmother used to play with as a little girl. It dates from ca 1900, is about the same size as this one, but a different model. It actually sews.

He doesn't seem to have a nose, and he has four eyes, so I guess he used the spare arm and eyes to check antiquers.com and scroll through all the amazing stuff here.

He'd best be trustworthy if they let him near a jewelry case. Eep!

$2.50 in 1900 is the equivalent of $90.00 today. An expensive little toy.
