Featured Tiny brooch

    I was hoping y’all might recognize the signature on the brooch. I couldn’t find any marks other than the S&W. I was thinking it might be Victorian 10k gold with a garnet or ruby? Or maybe plated? I’d love to hear your thoughts on it.

    Maybe it looks like they made wedding rings starting in the late 40’s.

    A sweet early 20th century brooch. It looks plated to my eyes.
    Did you test the stone? Those are often glass, but can occasionally be garnet.
