Thrift Store Find - Jane Seymour limited edition, artist enhanced serigraph?

I found this at my local thrift store today - I liked the palette style, thick strokes of the paint, then almost dropped it when I saw the signature! I googled Jane Seymour artist, actress? & sure enough it was the same lady I watched in Dr Quyn medicine woman as a kid!!

Then I accidently hit it with a board game I was putting in the cart & chipped a tiny piece of paint from it (4th photo close up) - I wanted to cry (almost)! But I told myself it wasn't too bad & I still had a painting by Jane Seymour!

So imagine my surprise when I looked at the back & saw it was a "Artist enhanced" and a limited edition (#66 of 125)!
Because the whole things looks and FEELS like a reg painting - even where the paint chip came off you see the canvas underneath; not a print or serigraph that she touched up?
Could this be the original? If so why the stamp on back?

Are her enhanced lithos/serigraphs painted over completely? (unlike say a Peter Max enhanced print - he only dabs paint here & there and then signs it in paint by hand)

This piece MATERNITE ROUGE appears to have been sold out; I found mentions & photos of it, but none for sale. Her other prints/serigraphs sell for $2,000+ !

What do I have? How badly did I hurt it knocking the chip off?
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated
    Thank You!

Appears this one is the original.

I saw this but on her website it's shows a lot of art for sale but not this one.
I'm wondering - if enhanced why is there a blank canvas under paint?
PS - thanks for the help!

Sorry but I do think it's just a copy.
