Picked up these three pendants at a yard sale and am curious as to what the stones are, one has a different type on each side with one being a mother of pearl type and the other very bright green and gold. The long one has a semi clear stone with flashes of blue and the last with the farie similar to the second but with a yellowish iridescence. all are marked 925 but nothing else. Any ideas on the stones?

Two could be labradorite; the other looks like abalone MOP.

That's what I was thinking. The middle one is definitely labradorite. I'm not seeing the blue flash in the first one, but otherwise it has the same look. It could be some sort of moonstone or other feldspar too. The third is definitely some kind of shell. All three are pretty new.

Could be, but labradorite is highly variable & some of the paler specimens can show predominantly yellow & pale blue, looking very much like opal or moonstone. The photo of that stone from the back shows the hint of blue that inclines me that way.

Thanks all for the info, I sort of did an ene mini mini moe deciding whether to post here or in jewelry and this won. I got the three pendants and a sterling earing for 5 bucks so I'll add them to the hoard! :cigar:

The round, flat object with the portrait is an American 25 cent coin.
That's all I can contribute to this thread :)

I see labradorite, moonstone and abalone in that order.

The middle one is labradorite, without a doubt. It's sometimes labeled "rainbow moonstone", but moonstones don't have rainbows. It's one of my pet peeves.
