Thoughts on this one? Surrealism? Educate me :)

    So sometimes, I find researching easy, and other times no. The more we learn though, the better we become eh?
    This piece is gouache (I believe) on masonite, 24" x 30". Would it be considered Surrealist? Does anyone recognize the sig. on the back? Obviously any input is really appreciated 002-2.jpg 004-2.jpg

    I'm trying to find a signature on one of Marlie Muls pieces. Here is something she did. The rest I found is far more out there.

    Not gouache, which is really a heavy watercolor. Looks like acrylic to me. This might qualify as surrealism.

    Agree acrylic and I’d call it a surrealist abstraction.
