    It looks like enamel. Probably made in Thailand.
    925 is sterling silver, the rest of the mark could be design and production numbers. It is one of those things where joolies recommend silver testing.

    Are there marks on the pendant too, or is it "intentionally left blank"? Even a blank back can tell us something. I'd have jumped all over that enamel work too.
