This looks painful How would you list?

My husband had this in his workshop until I spotted it. I said whats this, he said "I don't know I picked it up somewhere". Its some type of a surgical tool I think but I'm not finding anything on it and don't know how to begin to list so thought I would ask your help. Any help apprerciated.

As a "decorative" piece it's rather interesting. On the other hand it's something I'd much rather not see coming at me in a medical facility.

 

I bought a box of medical surgeon's bone tools, for a few bucks, about a year ago. I didn't know what they were at the time but thought I could use them for shaping/working materials.
They are not even close to inexpensive and I've wondered if I should sell these as surely they can be disinfected and resharpened...
Anyone know about doing this and if it's worth it?

 

Unless your buyer is from a country where these things are too expensive, or unavailable......i would think that newer models would be on the market....

Dang. I have a bad knee and I figured one day I'd have to get it replaced. After reading this little brochure and knowing what they do to replace it, I think I prefer limping! Owwww!

 

Except for the scissors kinda looks like my brother pulling out his own tooth!!!! NO, I won't explain......he's "normal" but inherited some "donkey" from nobody knows where!!!!! We still love him tho.....
