Featured The Great War series on you-tube

The Great War is name of a channel on you-tube which does a brief documentary each week explaining what happened in WW1 exactly 100 years before, using photos, film, and maps. They are up to about 160 episodes now and plan to continue through 2018. You can watch any of the episodes already aired. I haven't watched enough to form a solid opinion yet but they give so much detail, most is new to me. The narration is definitely very fast-paced.

 

Lessons not learned from The Great war led to WWII. Most of the conclusions still havent been drawn

 

I went looking for the complete list of videos on the Great War and came up with a whole bunch of shorter lists, and a long list of videos about 8 to 11 minutes each......is that the list you were referring to Spring?

 

Yes that would be it, there are about 160 in the series so far. Maybe we can post a link to the channel, I usually do that but was having a laziness attack yesterday.

Here's a link that describes one of the smaller in scale but not in bravery battles of WWI, that those documentaries probably wont cover...
